Short-term rental ordinance, as adopted
Chapter 18, Article 6 of the County Code, adopted July 14, 2026.
What it requires
- An annual registration with the Zoning Administrator, $100
- A local contact who can respond within one hour
- One parking space per two bedrooms
- The county's 4 percent transient occupancy tax
When it starts
January 1, 2027. Hosts already renting have until March 1, 2027 to register.
