The five-year plan for buildings, roads, parks and technology the board approved on first reading October 13, 2026.
The largest projects
- Fire and rescue station 4: $14.2 million, construction 2027 to 2028
- Broadband expansion to 3,900 rural homes: $11.8 million with state grants
- Courthouse annex renovation: $9.6 million
- Mill Creek trail extension, phase 2: $3.1 million
How it is paid for
$86 million over five years: $52 million in bonds, $21 million in cash from the general fund and $13 million in state and federal grants.
